JS750 Forced Mixer Introduction
The JS500 concrete mixer is currently one of the most ideal and advanced mixer models domestically and internationally. It can mix semi-dry, dry-hard, and plastic concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, and various mortars. This machine adopts a new lifting device and mixing arm connection method, further improving the overall reliability of the machine. Material mixing is fast, production efficiency is high, mixing is uniform, and the quality is good. The JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer is the supporting host of the HZS35 concrete mixing plant, featuring a long service life and high productivity.
The JS750 mixer can be used independently or as a supporting host for a mixing building or plant, suitable for general construction projects, roads, bridges, and small component factories.
JS750 Mixing System
The JS750 concrete mixer mixing system consists of a motor, pulley, reducer, gears, mixing tank gears, sealing assembly, oil supply device, and other components.
During operation, the motor drives the two-stage gear reducer, and the two pairs of open gears of the reducer drive the two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions for mixing.
JS750 Feeding System
The JS750 concrete mixer feeding system consists of a lifting reducer, conical motor, gantry, hopper, and coupling, among other components.
The braking motor ensures reliable operation of the hopper when it is full and can stop at any position. The magnitude of the braking torque is controlled by the brake disc on the back of the motor.
JS750 Water Supply System
The JS750 concrete mixer water supply system consists of a centrifugal pump, throttle valve, and spray device.
The throttle valve adjusts the water volume, and the total water supply is adjusted by a time relay.
JS750 Discharge System
The JS750 concrete mixer discharge system consists of a discharge door and a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder mechanism.
There are three types of discharge structures: manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic control.
The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixing tank and is operated manually or pneumatically for discharging.
JS750 Electrical System
The JS750 concrete mixer electrical control system consists of a leakage control switch, relay, and motor thermal protector to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload.
All control buttons, air switches, and indicator lights are arranged on the door of the control box, and a door lock is provided.
The electrical components of the control box are mounted on an insulating board, ensuring safety and reliability, and convenient operation.
