Product Introduction
The JS1000 forced concrete mixer is a twin-shaft forced mixer with a theoretical production capacity of 60m³ per hour. 3 It is mainly used as a mixing host in HZS50 and HZS60 mixing plants. The JS1000 forced mixer can be used independently or combined with different models of PLD series batching machines to form a simple concrete mixing plant. It can be used for mixing dry-hard, plastic, and lightweight aggregate concrete, as well as various mortars and slurries. It is suitable for various construction projects and medium and small-sized prefabricated component factories.
The JS1000 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer consists of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supply, electrical, cover, chassis, support leg gears, and other parts. The JS1000 concrete mixer uses two mixing shafts with mixing blades forming a spatially discontinuous spiral structure, creating a three-dimensional mixing effect along the radial and axial directions. This results in pushing, rubbing, and squeezing actions on the materials, achieving high-quality mixing with short time and low energy consumption. It is suitable for mixing plastic, dry-hard, lightweight aggregate concrete, and various mortars and slurries.

Fully automatic control, hydraulic system drive; Different discharge speeds can be achieved; Compared with pneumatic drive, it has a compact structure; Smooth operation, accurate door positioning; Manual door opening, etc.
6. Water supply system
The water supply system consists of a motor, water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device, and spray pipe;
Water is sent to the spray pipe by the water pump through the throttle valve;
The throttle valve can adjust the water flow.
