The HZS25 concrete mixing plant is a simple, small-scale concrete mixing plant with automatic feeding function. It is a semi-automatic concrete mixer composed of a JS500 forced mixer, feeding system, batching system, electrical control system, and steel structure. This simple mixing plant has the dual advantages of being able to be used independently and combined with a PLD series batching machine to form a concrete mixing plant with a production capacity of over 25m3/h. It also features a simple structure, easy disassembly, and convenient construction. Its advantages include uniform concrete mixing, short mixing time, long component lifespan, and easy operation and maintenance. It is suitable for small-scale construction sites, prefabricated component factories, small commercial concrete production plants, and road maintenance.
It adopts a new design concept, electronic weighing, computer control, digital display and other control technologies. The electronic weighing system has a buffer device and automatic compensation function, with high measurement accuracy. The sand and stone feeding system uses a wide herringbone belt, with a walkway provided for personnel, making it an ideal choice for construction units to produce high-quality concrete.

JS500 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer; high-alloy wear-resistant materials, uniform and stable mixing; multiple shaft end seal protection technology, no leakage; reasonable structure, short mixing time, energy-saving and low noise, high output;
2. Batching System
PLD800 batching machine is selected; can be divided into two, three, or four-bin material hoppers; feeding mechanism is arranged in a "pin" shape, feeding via belt conveyor; adopts both individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing methods;

It adopts a combined structure and modular units, making installation and relocation very convenient.
4. Control System
Uses imported components, reliable performance; integrated intelligent control, automatic control, and manual control; features recipe storage, automatic drop compensation, and over-weight/under-weight alarm correction; data cloud storage and printing functions;
5. Conveying System
Powder conveying uses a fully sealed device; the discharge port and the metering hopper use a soft connection, which does not affect the metering accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation; the gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, and the transmission efficiency is high;
6. Metering System
Powder, water, and admixtures are all metered using electronic scales; high batching accuracy and accurate measurement; the cement metering hopper is suspended from the frame by a sensor, with a stable and reliable structure; the water meter uses a pump for unloading; the admixture metering hopper uses a single-point sensor for metering;
