The HZS35 concrete mixing plant, also known as the simplified HZS35 plant, uses a concrete mixer (JS750) with a 0.75 cubic meter output per batch. Each cycle takes 72 seconds. When combined with a batching machine, the theoretical production rate is 35m³ 3 /h. The simplified HZS35 mixing plant uses a fully automated configuration, combining a material conveyor belt, mixing host, and batching machine. It uses a combined structure and modular units, making installation and relocation very convenient. The HZS35 concrete mixing plant uses a PLD1600 concrete batching machine for aggregate batching, ensuring accurate measurement and high production efficiency. It is widely used in highway, bridge, power station, dam construction, and other projects with outdoor construction operations.
Users can also use their own dump trucks, self-dumping trucks, and mixer trucks. It can also be customized to meet user needs. The concrete mixer host is not only used for concrete construction projects. It can be used independently or as a supporting host for a mixing plant (building).
1. Mixing System
JS750 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer; twin-shaft, multiple mixing arms and blades, high wear-resistant alloy design; high mixing force, sealing protection technology, no leakage; good mixing quality, high efficiency, and long lifespan.
2. Batching System
PLD1200 batching machine is selected; can be divided into two, three, or four-bin material hoppers; feeding mechanism is arranged in a "pin" shape, feeding via conveyor belt; uses both individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing methods;
3. Cement Silo
A level gauge is installed at the top and bottom of the cement silo; to prevent powder arching, an air blowing arch breaking device is installed in the conical part of the silo; electromagnetic valves control the release of compressed air to break powder arches; can be designed as a plate-type cement silo for convenient transportation;
4. Conveying System
Powder conveying uses a fully sealed device; the discharge port and the metering hopper use a soft connection, which does not affect the metering accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation; the gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, and the transmission efficiency is high;
5. Control System
Uses imported components, reliable performance; intelligent control, automatic control, and manual control are integrated; has ratio storage, automatic drop compensation, overweight and underweight alarm correction; data cloud storage and printing functions;
6. Metering System
Powder, water, and admixtures are metered using electronic scales; high batching accuracy and accurate measurement; the cement metering hopper is suspended from the frame by a sensor, with a stable structure and high reliability; the water meter uses a pump for unloading; the admixture metering hopper uses a single-point sensor for metering;
