Structural Introduction
1. Mixing System
Uses a JS3000 twin-shaft forced mixer; equipped with high wear-resistant alloy mixing arms for high wear resistance and strong impact resistance; sealed protection technology prevents leakage; the equipment does not require lubricating oil, saving construction costs and avoiding concrete contamination; suitable for large-scale construction projects and ready-mix concrete companies;
2. Batching System
Uses a PLD4800 batching machine; feeding mechanism is arranged in a "pin" shape and fed by a belt conveyor; uses both individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing; uses electronic weighing, computer control, and digital display; wired remote control operation, with accurate weighing, high batching accuracy; fast speed, strong control functions, and easy operation.
3. Cement Silo
The cement silo has level meters at the top and bottom, and a dust removal system; to prevent arching of the powder, an air-blowing arch-breaking device is installed in the conical part of the silo; can be designed as a plate-type cement silo for convenient transportation;
4. Conveying System
Powder conveying uses a fully sealed device; the discharge port and the metering hopper use a soft connection, which does not affect the metering accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation; the gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, and the transmission efficiency is high;
5. Control System
