The theoretical production rate of the HZS120 concrete mixing plant is 120m³ 3 /h, also called a 2-cubic-meter mixing plant, equipped with a JS2000 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer as the main unit. The mixer has a nominal capacity of 2000L, and the batching machine is PLD3200. The complete set of equipment includes a twin-shaft mixer, batching machine, cement silo, screw conveyor, conveyor belt, and microcomputer control room. It can produce various types of concrete, including plastic and dry-hard concrete. It boasts high production efficiency, short mixing time, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Widely used in large and medium-sized construction projects, road and bridge construction, and prefabricated plants producing concrete products, it is the ideal equipment for producing commercial concrete.
System Description
1. Planetary gear reducer, small size, high efficiency, and extremely reliable.
2. The lining plates and blades are made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with a reasonable angle design, resulting in good mixing effect, fast speed, and long service life.
3. The four shaft ends are equipped with a fully automatic sealed oil injection system.
4. The discharge gate is controlled by a hydraulic oil pump, with three stop points and a manual gate opening mechanism, ensuring noise-free operation.
5. Overweight design, excellent shock absorption.
Structural Description
1. Mixing System
Uses a JS2000 twin-shaft forced mixer; equipped with high wear-resistant alloy mixing arms, high wear resistance, and strong impact resistance; sealed protection technology, no leakage; the equipment does not require the injection of lubricating oil, saving construction costs and avoiding concrete contamination; suitable for large-scale construction projects and commercial concrete companies;
2. Batching System
Uses a PLD3200 batching machine; the feeding mechanism is arranged in a "pin" shape and fed by a belt conveyor; uses both individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing methods; uses electronic weighing, microcomputer control, and digital display; wired remote control operation, with accurate weighing, high batching accuracy; fast speed, strong control functions, and easy operation.
3. Cement Silo
Level meters are installed at the top and bottom of the cement silo, along with a dust removal system; to prevent powder arching, an air-blowing arch-breaking device is installed in the conical part of the silo; can be designed as a plate-type cement silo for convenient transportation;
4. Conveying System
Powder conveying uses a fully sealed device; the discharge port and the metering hopper use a soft connection, which does not affect the metering accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation; the gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, resulting in high transmission efficiency;
5. Control System
Uses imported components for reliable performance; remote management, user permissions can be assigned, and the management process is standardized; integrates intelligent control, automatic control, and manual control; has batch storage, automatic drop compensation, and over-weight/under-weight alarm correction; the equipment has running monitoring, data cloud storage, and printing functions;
6. Metering System
Powder, water, and admixtures are all metered using electronic scales; high batching accuracy and accurate metering; the cement metering hopper is suspended from the frame by a sensor, with a stable structure and high reliability; the water meter uses a water pump for discharge; the admixture metering hopper uses a single-point sensor for metering;
