Performance Introduction
Integrated series compact stabilized soil mixing plant, compact structure, reasonable layout, accurate measurement (electronic measurement), easy transportation, easy relocation, easy installation, small footprint, strong applicability, especially suitable for the construction of mountain roads. Suitable for continuous mixing of various graded stabilized materials for the base and bottom layers of high-grade highways, urban roads, squares and airports. The material measurement of this equipment adopts electronic belt scale measurement, with simple structure, stable and reliable operation, convenient adjustment and maintenance, and the feeding error is less than ±0.5%. The production rate of this series of equipment is 300-600t/h. Cement is allocated by the spiral scale in the cement feeding system, with a batching error of less than ±1%. Mixing water is given by the water supply system, with a water supply error of less than ±1.5%. The mixing host adopts a mechanically driven double-shaft forced continuous structure, with excellent mixing performance, strong adaptability, good mixing effect, and high mixing efficiency.
