Precautions During Discharge
1. Operators of concrete mixers should prevent their bodies from being struck.
2. Securely hold the packaging of added materials (such as woven bags, paper bags, and barrels) to prevent them from falling into the hopper or wrapping around the mixer. In case of such an accident, immediately stop the machine and remove the obstruction. Strictly prohibit pulling outwards while the machine is running to prevent accidental personal injury.
3. Operators are not allowed to leave the mixer while the mixing shaft is rising or falling to prevent accidents caused by failure of the lifting/lowering switch.
4. During operation, the mixing shaft should not be raised to an excessively high position to prevent paint and oil from being stirred out.
5. Personnel operating the concrete mixer should avoid frequent starting of the main unit within a short period.
6. During mixing operation, promptly clean the paint and oil on the mixing shaft (stop the machine for this). This prevents sleeves from getting caught in the mixing shaft, causing safety accidents.
7. The mixing drum should be connected to an electrostatic grounding device, and the grounding should be good.
