The PLD series concrete batching machine boasts high batching precision and accuracy. The batching device employs a belt conveyor or loader for material feeding, effectively ensuring the accuracy of the mix ratio for three or more materials such as cement, sand, and gravel.
The PLD series concrete batching machine consists of three main parts: the feeding system, the weighing system, and the electrical control system.
(1) Feeding System: Composed of a storage hopper and a feeding device, its main function is to store materials and, under the control of the control system, feed materials to the weighing hopper. The feeding system uses a belt conveyor.
(2) Weighing System: The weighing system is a crucial part of the batching machine, consisting of a weighing hopper, suspension device, weighing system sensor, and batching control instrument.
(3) Electrical Control System: The electrical control system is the core component of the batching machine. Its function is to achieve the weighing, display, operation, and completion of various automatic batching programs for the entire batching machine. This system mainly consists of a batching control instrument and a high-power circuit.

PLD Concrete Batching Machine Operation Process
Before debugging the PLD batching machine, the complete machine installation and idling test must be completed, and materials must be added to each storage hopper. Then, open the discharge gates of the cement silo and the screw conveyor material inlet.
1. Power On
Start according to the instructions in the batching control instrument manual.
2. Material Value Setting
Input the set values of sand, gravel, and cement according to the regulations. If a certain material is not involved in the ratio, the set value must be 0.
3. Adjustment of the Drop Value
When the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the set value, the feeding conveyor will automatically stop running, but some material will still fall into the weighing hopper. This part of the material is called the drop.
To ensure batching accuracy, the material drop value must be corrected. Different material control instruments have different methods for correcting the drop value. Most models do not require manual operation by the user and can be automatically corrected.
4. Batching Process Operation
Before entering the batching process, connect the main power supply and the batching control instrument power supply, start the batching control instrument, and after normal startup, press the batching or start button to achieve automatic batching. After batching is complete, press the discharge button to send the batched material into the mixer hopper. After the discharge is complete, the batching machine will automatically perform two cycles of batching work. After this, the operator only needs to press the discharge button when needed. During the batching process, the pause button can be pressed to temporarily stop the batching work. To achieve one-person operation of the mixer and batching machine, the machine is equipped with a wired remote control. Simply insert the remote control plug into the remote control socket on the electrical box. The functions of the buttons on the remote control are exactly the same as the corresponding buttons on the electrical box.
Before the batching machine stops use each shift, the material in the weighing hopper should be unloaded completely.
