50-1000 ton bulk cement silo
The cement silo is an integral bulk cement silo designed and produced to meet customer needs for large and medium-sized storage. It features a large capacity and convenient transportation and installation, suitable for storing various bulk materials such as grain, cement, and fly ash. The arch breaking device can resolve material caking caused by prolonged settling. The cement silo (cement tank) discharge port, used in conjunction with a screw conveyor pump, can transport materials to various locations. Easy to install and reliable, it is an ideal bulk cement silo storage tank for various mixing stations. A pulse, electric, or bag-type dust collector can be added to the top for high, medium, or low configurations, offering high dust removal efficiency, keeping the factory clean, and being safe and practical, making it a favorite among users.
Structure
The 80/1000 ton bulk cement silo has a cylindrical structure, supported at the bottom by four circular tube legs. The entire silo is a steel structure, welded together; the top is equipped with a dust collector and a pressure safety valve.

Working Principle
1. When the cement silo is in operation, it must be erected by a dedicated crane and placed on a pre-fabricated concrete foundation. The verticality of the cement silo relative to the horizontal plane must be checked after erection, and then its bottom must be welded securely to the foundation embedment.
2. After the silo is secured, cement is transported to the site by a bulk cement truck. The delivery pipe of the bulk cement truck is then connected to the inlet pipe of the cement silo, and the cement is transported into the silo using the air pressure from the bulk cement truck.
3. During the cement delivery process, the operator should continuously press the button of the dust collector vibration motor to shake off the cement adhering to the dust collector bags, preventing blockage and silo rupture.
4. If a bag becomes blocked and the internal pressure exceeds the safety pressure of the top pressure safety valve, the valve will open to release the pressure, preventing silo rupture.
5. High and low level indicators show when the silo is full or empty.
6. When discharging is needed, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, then transport the cement out using the cement conveying device. If arching occurs during discharge, immediately press the button of the arch breaking device solenoid valve to blow air, eliminate the arching, and ensure smooth cement supply.
7. If the cement conveying device malfunctions, first close the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone to prevent cement spillage and waste.
Precautions
1. During installation, tilting of the silo and deformation of the legs are strictly prohibited.
2. Securely weld the bottom of the legs to the foundation embedments.
3. Implement wind and lightning protection measures.
4. Avoid strong impacts on the legs and silo body.
5. Regularly check the cement adhesion on the dust collector bags and clean them promptly.
6. The foundation must be solid and meet building design standards.
