Performance Introduction
The WBZ type soil stabilizer mixing plant is suitable for continuously mixing various graded stabilized materials for the base and sub-base layers of high-grade highways, urban roads, squares, and airports. The material metering of this equipment adopts electronic belt weighing, with a simple structure, stable and reliable operation, convenient adjustment and maintenance, and a feeding error of less than +0.5%. The production rate of each belt scale can vary within the range of 25-100t/h (when the material capacity is 1.5t/m³). 3 Cement is dispensed by the screw conveyor and screw weigher in the cement feeding system, with a dispensing error of less than +1%. Mixing water is supplied by the water supply system, with a water supply error of less than +1.5%.
This equipment uses all-electric drive, powered by three-phase 380V, 50HZ AC power, and is centrally controlled by the control console. It can be started and stopped independently, or started and stopped in sequence according to the programmed order. The mixer of this equipment adopts a mechanically driven double-shaft forced continuous structure, with excellent mixing performance, strong adaptability, good mixing effect, and high mixing efficiency.
This equipment adopts a combined portable building block structure layout, which can adapt to various different construction site conditions. All components can be easily and quickly disassembled and transported by truck.
The WBZ type soil stabilizer mixing plant consists of an aggregate batching unit, a cement feeding system, an aggregate conveyor belt, a water supply system, a mixer, a conveying conveyor belt, a mixed material storage bin, and an electrical control system.
