The HZS90 concrete mixing plant has a theoretical production capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour. It is equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with a rated capacity of 1500L. The batching machine has a batching capacity of PLD2400, and the screw conveyor has a production rate of 80t/h. It consists of components such as conveyor belts, cement silos, screw conveyors, PLD batching machines, twin-shaft mixing hosts, intelligent computer control rooms, and metering systems.
The JS1500 concrete mixer is equipped with a dust collector that automatically collects, dehumidifies, and exhausts dust, recycling the collected dust back to the host. The dust collection effect is excellent. The water supply system uses a water pump to accelerate water flow and ensure even spraying. The host frame is packaged with color-coated steel plates, making it clean, beautiful, dust-proof, and providing good visibility. The double-post combined installation is convenient and saves space.

1. Mixing System
Uses a JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer; Belt conveyor feeding method, high production efficiency; Mixer liners and blades are made of high wear-resistant alloy; High mixing force, sealing protection technology, no leakage; Good mixing quality, high efficiency, long life;
2. Batching System
Uses a PLD2400 batching machine; Can be divided into two, three, or four-bin material hoppers; Feeding mechanism is arranged in a "pin" shape, fed by a belt conveyor; Uses both individual material weighing and cumulative material weighing methods;
3. Cement Silo
A level gauge is installed at the top and bottom of the cement silo; An air-blowing arching device is installed in the conical part of the silo to prevent powder arching; Electromagnetic valves control the release of compressed air to break powder arches; Can be designed as a plate-type cement silo for convenient transportation;
4. Conveying System
Powder conveying uses a fully sealed device; The discharge port and metering hopper use a soft connection, which does not affect the metering accuracy; The receiving port is a universal ball joint that can adjust the angle deviation; The gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, and the transmission efficiency is high;
5. Control System
