With its foundation-free design and high production efficiency, this equipment will provide a flexible and convenient concrete preparation solution for the peak construction season in spring.
This HZS90 mixing plant adopts a modular foundation-free design. It does not require a traditional concrete foundation; instead, it is fixed to the ground with high-strength steel structure base and ground bolts. It can be assembled and debugged within 24 hours, shortening the installation cycle by 50% compared to traditional equipment. This is especially suitable for temporary construction sites or fast-turnaround projects. The equipment is configured with a JS1800 forced mixer with a theoretical production capacity of 90m³/h, equipped with a four-bin batching machine and an intelligent control system. The sand and stone weighing accuracy is ±1%, and the powder weighing accuracy is ±0.5%, meeting the preparation requirements of concrete grades below C60.
Kexin's technical team will arrive in Changchun with the equipment to provide on-site installation guidance, operation training, and initial commissioning services to ensure seamless integration with the project construction schedule. Considering the characteristics of construction in northern regions, key components of the equipment use cold-resistant lubricating materials to adapt to the large temperature difference between day and night in Changchun during spring.
