Kexin Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. formally announced that its quality management system has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 international certification. This certification covers the entire range of products, including JS series concrete mixers, HZS series mixing plants, WBZ series soil stabilizers, and mining crushing and screening equipment, marking the company's achievement of international authoritative standards in production process standardization, supply chain control, and service quality.
As a company focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of construction machinery, Kexin Machinery has always regarded quality management as its core strategy. The passing of the ISO 9001:2015 certification reflects the results of the company's systematic implementation of process optimization, risk control, and continuous improvement mechanisms. During the six-month certification audit, the expert group focused on reviewing the quality manual, procedural documents, equipment calibration records, and production process traceability system, and conducted a comprehensive assessment of management commitment and resource allocation effectiveness.
To meet the standard requirements, Kexin Machinery implemented several key improvements:
Digitalization of processes: Introducing a barcode tracking system in the raw material procurement process to achieve end-to-end visual control from supplier to finished product delivery;
Risk prevention: Establishing a cross-departmental FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) team to systematically identify potential quality risks in design and production;
Capacity building: Conducting company-wide quality management training, integrating ISO standard requirements into job operation manuals to ensure consistent standard implementation.
This certification not only strengthens the company's internal management system but also provides a qualification endorsement for expanding the international market. In the future, Kexin plans to use the ISO 9001 framework as a basis to further promote intelligent manufacturing upgrades, focusing on the development of high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment that adapts to the needs of green buildings, and continuously improving the product experience for global customers.
